Portsmouth DNA's down by almost 40%

Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust appoints Healthcare Communications with O2 to provide patient messaging services. Patients of Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust are set to benefit from appointment reminder messages, after the Trust appointed Healthcare Communications with O2 to provide their Patientxt messaging services The company will provide fully interactive text and voice messaging services to patients to remind them of appointments, with reply facilities to enable patients to cancel appointments no longer required.

North West Telecoms User Group
